Untuk E/I Technical Room di Jangkrik Complex Project Onshore Receiving Facility, Master Marine menyediakan paket HVAC, paket pressurizing fan, exhaust damper, instrumen, dan Honeywell HVAC control panel redundan. Material takeoff diterbitkan untuk konstruksi pada 20 Januari 2019 dalam proyek EPCI Lean Gas Pipeline Phase 1.
Peralatan HVAC
- Three custom stainless-steel split air-conditioning units, each rated at 33,000 Btu/h (3 x 50% redundancy)
- Three AHU evaporator coils with Heresite-coated copper fins and copper tubes
- Three filters, three 800 CFM blower-and-motor assemblies, three SS316L drain pans, three drain pipes, and three SS316L AHU casings

- Three Master Marine ACCU casings with skids, suitable for R134a compressor refrigerant suction
- Three Danfoss MTZ72HN4AVE compressors with refrigerant discharge pressure indicators
- Three REFCO low-side pressure gauges and three REFCO high-side pressure gauges, ATEX Category 2, Zone 1
- Three Danfoss RT1AE and three Danfoss RT5E pressure switches
- Three lots of R134a refrigerant charge, two Crouse-Hinds GUAX junction-box sets, and three SS316L nameplates
Pressurizing and exhaust systems
- One SS316L, 1.5 mm, single-skin Master Marine pressurizing-fan casing with skid
- One Wozair MFD SS316L air-intake damper, 400 x 400 x 300 mm, electric Zone 1 type, with local open/close status indication
- One Veotec SE2 coalescer/moisture eliminator with filter-clog indicator and two-stage coalescer/bag filtration
- One Camfil AeroPleat G4 pre-filter and one Camfil Opakfil ES 4V F9 after-filter

HVAC control panel
The single-door, floor-standing HVAC control panel is a Master Marine panel with a 2,000 x 800 x 600 mm enclosure, IP40 rating, aluminium 6063-T6 extrusion frame, SPCC steel doors and cover, 2.5 mm SPCC mounting plate, continuous polyurethane gasket, textured RAL 0732 powder coating, rear cover, top cover, horizontal punch section, 100 mm plinth, gland plates, and eye bolts.

- Two panel fans with filters and two filtered panel intake openings
- One key selector switch for Local/Remote operation and one emergency-stop button for manual HVAC shutdown

- One 900RR0-0101 redundant CPU rack and one 900RSM-0101 CPU switch module
