Master Marine menyediakan automated AC control panels untuk datacenter IRIS Project di Deltamas, untuk MV switchroom dan MV control room yang melayani Power System A/B. MTO menetapkan satu paket custom control panel untuk setiap tipe ruangan dengan arsitektur kontrol dan perangkat operator yang sama. MTO diterbitkan untuk konstruksi pada Oktober 2022 untuk IRIS Project — Schneider Indonesia.
Enclosure control panel
- Two typical T-BOX control-panel enclosures with fan and filter: one for the MV switchroom and one for the MV control room
- Enclosure dimensions: 500 x 400 x 200 mm (H x W x D)
PLC dan kontrol otomatis
- Two Schneider TM221CE16R PLCs, one per custom control panel
- PLC capacity: 16 digital inputs and 10 digital outputs
- Two CAFF Electric BDATS-63-2P automatic transfer switches, one per panel
- Two three-position Schneider XB4-BD33 selector switches, one per panel
Proteksi sirkuit dan switching daya
- Four Schneider Domae C6 MCBs, two-pole, single-phase, 6 A, 6 kA: two per panel
- Two Schneider XB4-BS8442 emergency-stop buttons, one per panel
- Four Schneider XB4-BA21 push buttons in total: LAMP TEST and RESET for each panel
- Four sets of panel terminal blocks, two sets per custom control panel
Panel indication
Each custom control panel includes six 230 V Schneider XB4 pilot lamps for operating-status indication:
- PL-1: one red pilot lamp
- PL-2: one green pilot lamp
- PL-3: one yellow pilot lamp
- PL-4: one red pilot lamp
- PL-5: one green pilot lamp
- PL-6: one yellow pilot lamp
Automation and electrical-interface scope
- Automated AC control for the typical MV switchroom and MV control-room systems
- Local operator control through the three-position selector, LAMP TEST push button, RESET push button, and emergency stop
- AC power-transfer functionality through the CAFF Electric automatic transfer switch
- PLC-based monitoring and command interface with circuit protection, status lamps, terminal blocks, and panel ventilation/filtering
